- Women in Media National Conference - I managed this 250 delegate/27 speaker conference, held at Bond University in October 2017 and again in September 2018. Working with the Women in Media Queensland Committee, I pulled the conference together, creating 2 hugely successful events with rave reviews from delegates, speakers and suppliers.
- Shackleton & Selous Member Events - These 2 events (Melbourne and Sydney) were to introduce Shackleton & Selous to a very high end, high net worth audience. Using contacts and my creativity, these intimate events impressed all who attended.
- Royal Aeronautical Society (Queensland Branch) - I managed the inaugural Hudson Fysh Dinner Lecture held in Brisbane in July 2014. Surpassed expected guest attendance by 45%, allowing the Society to gain excellent exposure, increased membership numbers and confidence to continue with the series.
- Virgin Blue Airlines (now Virgin Australia) - in my role as PA to the CEO, I was required to arrange numerous startup events for up to 1000 guests, launch parties, executive retreats, corporate conferences and exclusive VIP experiences. The Executive retreats and VIP events required me to co-ordinate, facilitate, host, and arrange 'money can't buy' experiences for the guests - including swimming with dolphins, trapeze lessons, horse riding on the beach etc).
- Billabong - in my role as International Sponsorship and Event Co-ordinator, I was fortunate enough to be involved with various product shoots as well as managing client activations at global events ensuring all contractual requirements were delivered beyond expectations. I was also the primary client liaison person for the Australian Open of Surfing held in Sydney, ensuring a successful 9-day event showcasing surfing, skating and music, attracting over 170,000 attendees.
- 'Day of Wedding Planner' - for those brides that have put in the hard work and made all their own wedding arrangements, but want to relax on the day and enjoy themselves, I can manage your special day to make sure it goes without a hitch - except the hitching of you and your betrothed ... of course!
- Various film and TV shoots - just like managing an event, a film or TV shoot requires intensive logistical planning, tight budget management, and industry knowledge.
